SonKim Land is a leading Vietnamese boutique real estate developer. In 2018, the company embarked on a brand repositioning, aiming to attract international investors and broaden its consumer base from ultra-luxury to the mid-high segment, in line with the changes in the Vietnamese distribution of income.
Working with the Chairman and the CEO, and as part of a Hong Kong based creative agency team, I led the market research, positioning strategy and creative output for the brand.
In a market characterised by rapid growth, the brand story was anchored on the brand’s understanding and embracing of international real estate development standards and its unique aesthetics.
