Oneworld is one of the top 3 global airline alliances, bringing together 14 premium passenger carriers.
Working with oneworld’s US-based management and as part of a branding agency team in Hong Kong, I led the strategic evaluation, refreshed visual identity and new architecture design for the alliance tiered status system, across multiple visual applications, including airport signage and lounges.
The work successfully allowed for an alignment between oneworld and its member airlines’ customer loyalty programmes, so travellers could clearly and consistently enjoy the benefits of the alliance.
