As part of a leading branding agency in Hong Kong, I worked in the award-winning rebranding of Hong Kong’s national carrier, Cathay Pacific Airways (and its sister airline Dragonair) across all customer touch points.

The multi-year work extended to Marco Polo Club – the airline’s membership program, where I led the rebranding strategy and worked with the program’s leadership team, architecture firms, product designers across multiple markets and various communication agencies..
